Contrary to most, we deliberately take a very analytic approach to e-commerce - designing & building your store with conversion in mind. While it's important your site gives out a "wow" impression when first visited - it's of even bigger importance to ensure your site converts and makes you $! This is why we have a data analysts that spends his day sniffing through & A/B testing all best practices in order to determine wether: the fold truly still matters - where your buy box should be on your product page - in what way mobile vs desktop visitors differ in buying practices etc. Having this fact based analytic approach gives us a significant edge in building e-commerce sites that convert visitors into buyers. Also... our entire team actually owned a Shopify store at some point in their life, so they can truly relate to your challenges. Why Shopify only? Let's be clear. If you are selling a product - Shopify is by far the best platform out there. If you are selling a service or are simply looking to set up a non-transactional website then there might be platforms and agencies better suited out there to help you. But for a product based e-commerce store, Shopify is significantly ahead of it's competition and is simply the best -not the cheapest - platform out there. So knowing this- why would we offer our services on a platform other then Shopify if we don't t wholeheartedly believe that platform would be the best fit for you? That wouldn't be top notch customer service would it? Where are you located? Considering we specialize in Shopify it would make most sense to stay as close to the source as we can. Hence why we are located a couple of blocks from one of their main offices in Montreal, Canada! This allows us to hop into their office for a chat pretty much anytime we have a solid challenge presented to us (or just go to one of their legendary post work drinks!) - That said; Our founder Andrew is originally from Antwerp, Belgium and our in-house team (no freelancers) scattered around the world making us available around the clock to you!  Will the distance affect the quality of the work? This is a question we often get - and the answer is very clearly no. Because of the distance we were forced to develop clear communication systems that today outperform the classic face to face,  excessively long -2 people on one computer putting their greasy fingers on your screen- meeting. All our communication happens through chat/ phone and almost always includes (live) screen recordings. Phone calls with screen-sharing and recording allow us to very clearly showcase issues all while logging them for future references. Tools like Invision allow real-time, seamless collaboration on design projects without any of the parties having to jump into traffic for another (most likely pointless and expensive) meeting. What's your track record? I thought you'd never ask!
