Dans ce barom\u00e8tre, nous avions interrog\u00e9 500 dirigeants de PME Europ\u00e9ennes pour comprendre leurs budgets et leurs strat\u00e9gies marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire suite \u00e0 ce barom\u00e8tre, nous nous sommes demand\u00e9 s\u2019il \u00e9tait plus int\u00e9ressant pour les PME d\u2019opter pour une&nbsp;<strong>strat\u00e9gie de marketing in-house<\/strong>, ou plut\u00f4t&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019engager une agence sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous r\u00e9pondons \u00e0 cette question dans les lignes qui suivent. En 2021, beaucoup d\u2019entreprises ont du pr\u00e9voir leurs budgets diff\u00e9remment. De plus, 7,4% d\u00e9clarent que leur budget restera identique \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020. Par exemple, les entreprises devront prendre des d\u00e9cisions pour savoir si certains projets devront \u00eatre men\u00e9s en interne ou men\u00e9s par une agence marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais laquelle de ces deux solutions est plus rentable et laquelle choisir ? Dans certains cas, il est possible que l\u2019entreprise ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 toutes les ressources n\u00e9cessaires en interne. Mais si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, l\u2019entreprise doit <strong>\u00e9tendre son d\u00e9partement marketing<\/strong> en travaillant avec une agence sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, le fait d\u2019avoir toutes les ressources n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 un projet n\u2019est pas une garantie de succ\u00e8s.
