Founded in 2008, CHIC is an independent and integrated design agency, dedicated to premium and luxury brands. We are located in Paris, London, Singapore and Dubai and have a cross cultural team of 60 persons. We are experts in Image and Art Direction, Graphic Design, Retail and product design. We have the unique advantage to get our own production studios: photography, digital imaging and 3D rendering.We believe in curiosity, trust and creation.

Jacques Guerlain’s iconic creation Shalimar was inspired by the legendary love story between Mumtaz and the Emperor Shah Jahan that took place in the Shalimar garden in Agra. CHIC has linked back the fragrance to its founding myth by capturing the whole story in a mural illustration. The illustration has now turned the whole outer pack into a true narrative packaging concept.

CHIC has designed an elegant ceramic egg bucket to incarnate the Krug 2016 Single Ingredient Campaign. White, highlighted by a leather strap, symbol of the symbiosis between elegance and aesthetic simplicity, the Krug Egg Bucket hides beneath its delicateness a solidity that can stand up to any test.

To ensure the consumer is aware there is a significant range of Chivas variants that can be enjoyed across a number of key needs & occasions, we created the Chivas Taste Discovery activation, with a unique & engaging VR experience that offering consumers access to the type of knowledge and experience one only gets when getting an exclusive induction at Strathisla, thanks to a virtual journey to the home of Chivas Regal. Using the consumer’s favourite tastes as a starting point, this immersive tasting experience take consumers through Chivas range explaining where they can find these tastes and why.

We have designed the Travel Retail guidelines for the 2nd edition of the Golden Age of Travel decanter by The Macallan. We have contrasted the colourful vintage-looking illustrations by Jack Hughes with an understated pale oak and gold universe inspired by contemporary travel.

CHIC has designed a unique jewel box for the eternal youth elixir from the luxury skincare pioneer house, Guerlain. A dark packaging with subtle gold hints to enhance the preciousness of the jar, with a spectacular dome to emphasise the iconic design. The box offers all the more a true experience from a refined opening as an Orchid blooming to a complete skincare ritual for the masterpiece of sensoriality and efficiency.

CHI Chas teamed up with The Macallan team to launch their new Travel Retail exclusive product The Macallan Rare Cask Black. We have created the Key visual, Retail design Guidelines and Consumer engagement mechanics. This project was awarded Best Travel Retail launch of the year by…. It came just after the Domestic launch or The Macallan Rare Cask red version for Domestic markets for which we have created both the Key Visual, events and scenography guidelines.

To support the Chivas Ultimate Cask Collection’s first launch in Travel Retail, CHIC has created a merchandising concept which enhances the aromas coming from the American oak. Attracted by an impressive fountain of flavours, the consumer gets to discover the product specificities through the aromas nicely encapsulated in acrylic blocs. Consumers are invited to smell each aroma while tasting the product to get a full sensory experience. Key Visual and Reveal film designed by CHIC, and produced by Les Ateliers.
