Conflux is a service design company with a focus on user experience. Conflux support brands in analyzing the user interface performance with quantitative and qualitative methods such as digital analytics and laboratory testing with the aim to understand how to make the most usable interfaces for products/services. We also provide UX/UI redesign process with a service design methodology to guide the customer in the iterative design of the product/service with a digital design methodology Lean / Agile. Through research and by mastering different creative and technical skills, we translate the business needs of our clients into digital touch points, i.e. apps, e-commerce, and websites. Thanks to a unique combination of design & analytic skills, Conflux helps companies like yours to think by design . Team USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS User Researchers define users’ needs from products by conducting primary research and exploring the behavior and motivation of users, and interact with teams of Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNERS Designers take a fresh and creative approach to tackle the most challenging issues. They take complex problems and systems and distill them into more readily understandable forms of information design. We have extensive knowledge in the design of: Apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone; Responsive/adaptive websites; E-commerce platforms; Corporate sites/portals and intranets; Web applications and software.

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH Data driven UX research, based on analytics and LAB research: we basically tell you what is happening on your digital platform by observing real data using visual analytics and provide LAB testing by adopting a combination of qualitative digital analytics, including legacy analytics, data analysis, and a new class of visual analytics tools in order to assess the user experience and provide useful insights. By analysing your existing data and integrating them with other tools we provide unique value in presenting a clear path to better interface performance and ROI via sales, lead conversions, and more. Conflux’s skills apply a set of quantitative digital based analyses including: Heat maps, Recordings, Funnels, Polls, Surveys. Moreover, Conflux also provides an extensive set of qualitative lab testing analyses based including: Eye-tracking, Card sorting, Usability test, Focus group, Contextual interview USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN Digital UX service design based on data drive evidence: we provide full redesign capabilities to fix user experience issues that we find during the research process. We also support our clients to start new projects and services from scratch by following a service design methodology based on data evidence, field research and more. We don’t play around with vice-presidents, with endless chatter workshops we design build real products for end users delivering interactive prototypes with weekly released.
