HistoireFounded in Reinbek in 2015, we draw on more than a decade of research into industrial value creation. Our team lives at the intersection of management, community practice and systems thinking. We noticed a shift from closed models to what we call “bottom-up economics” — value created in networks, not in silos. That observation became our mission: to help organizations become parts of co-creative systems where suppliers, customers, prosumers and communities collaborate from ideation to production. Together with clients we map new value patterns, test open-source business concepts and design online formats like idea contests. We take pride in translating research into practical methods for knowledge and community management that keep networks productive and human-centered.
