HistoireWe launched Ieva Partners in Paris in 2018 because we believed organizational transformation should serve people as much as performance. As a boutique of experienced consultants, we've spent our days untangling strategy, structures, practices and culture—not as separate silos but as elements of a single system. Early projects taught us that change that ignores daily work and human rhythms rarely lasts, so we made human-centered design our compass. We enjoy the messy, real work of translating strategic choices into practical organization and daily practices.
