MODUS aide les PME belges à déterminer où l’IA peut réellement apporter de la valeur, puis l’intègre dans les processus et les systèmes qu’elles utilisent déjà. D’abord le processus, ensuite l’IA. Conseil et stratégie en IA : analyse des processus, choix des outils (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude ou une solution sur mesure), priorités et analyse de rentabilité claire. Agents IA et intégrations : gestion des boîtes mail et des flux de service, devis, réception des leads et reporting, conçus avec Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude et ChatGPT, et connectés aux outils que vous utilisez déjà. AI Act et culture de l’IA : ce que les règles européennes impliquent pour votre équipe et comment travailler avec l’IA de manière responsable. Nous commençons généralement par un Quick Scan : une journée d’analyse consacrée à un ou deux processus prioritaires, qui se conclut par un document d’aide à la décision. Lorsqu’un projet ne présente pas de rentabilité suffisante, nous le déconseillons. Basés à Bruxelles, nous travaillons dans toute la région bruxelloise et en Flandre, en néerlandais, en français et en anglais.
