Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?They are helping us use Google Ads to reach organizations that may have a real need for additional or temporary space. That is useful for a business like ours because the reason someone needs a modular building can vary a lot from project to project.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?I like that there is room to discuss the actual business behind the advertising. We can look at whether a search makes sense for the types of school, office, housing, care, or other modular projects we work with.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?The process has needed some explanation from our side because modular construction is not always easy to describe in a few keywords. I have had to clarify certain areas more than once, although that has become easier as the work has progressed.

Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?They help us communicate a fairly complex fintech proposition through Google Ads without trying to explain the entire platform in every advertisement. That makes it easier to connect specific business problems with the solutions we provide.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?They are good at simplifying the message. For a company covering cards, expenses, spend controls, and integrations, that is more difficult than it sounds.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?Getting the messaging right can involve several rounds of discussion. We have a lot of functionality to work with, so deciding what should be emphasized is not always straightforward.

Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?They help us make Google Ads more useful for a specialist research business. We can look beyond clicks and consider whether the traffic is coming from organizations with an actual need for panel or data-collection services.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?They understand that our market is quite specialized. The conversations are not just about increasing traffic but about whether the people searching are relevant to the services we provide.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?PPC results are not always immediately obvious in our type of business because a research enquiry can involve a longer sales process. It sometimes takes time to understand the commercial value of a particular campaign.
