Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?The goal of this project was to create an easy-to-use healthcare CRM that improves patient management, improves communication between staff and patients, and makes appointment scheduling smoother. We also wanted it to work well with other systems, such as EHR and billing. We ensured it followed important healthcare regulations like HIPAA while providing useful insights to boost efficiency and enhance patient care.

When we first contacted SparxIT, they already had experience working in the digital finance area. So, that gave us a headstart. And we laid down our requirements for the app. Emphasized on interface and user experience, security and performance.
