HistoireWe are an international team of specialists in leadership and transformation based in Paris. Since founding YMI in 2008 we set out to help entrepreneurs, executives and their teams across business, public, non-profit and education sectors develop leadership and deliver successful transformations. Early on we met resistance: initiatives stalled, leaders overwhelmed, teams uncertain. That taught us to pair practical transformation consulting with people-centered development. We learn alongside clients, adapting methods to each context and celebrating small wins that build momentum. What drives us is seeing leaders gain clarity, teams align, and organisations contribute to a better world — that purpose keeps sharpening our work.
