Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?We had a product, an at-home IPL device, but no brand, no website, and no way to convince strangers online to spend real money on it. We needed a site that could do the trust-building a salesperson would normally do in person. Mezvic designed and built the whole WooCommerce store from the ground up with that specific problem in mind.

Things like the video review section and the guarantee placement weren't things we asked for directly, they came from Mezvic understanding what actually makes someone hesitate before buying a beauty device online. The mobile experience was also handled properly from day one instead of being an afterthought.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?The design phase took a bit longer than expected, mostly because we went back and forth on the color palette and overall look more than once. Worth knowing that if you're particular about the visual direction, budget a little extra time for that stage.
